Day-of Coordination

You’ve got enough to think about on the day of your event. We’ll meet in advance so you can download all your beautiful plans to me. Then on the day I’ll be on site to ease any worries, take over communication with vendors, manage timelines, and make sure your day goes smoothly from set up to take down and everything in between.

Event planning is a marathon—consider this your fuel pack along the way. We’ll work together in the months leading up to your event to develop a design theme, evaluate and book vendors, source locations, and create a schedule for the day to make your dream event a reality with a guest experience you’ll be proud of.

Virtual Planning Session

Perfect for anyone who is looking for professional support to help get you unstuck and keep things moving forward, smoothly. Stay in your coziest pants and we’ll work through your challenges from wherever you are in your planning journey. Afterwards, you’ll receive a post-call summary with any resources and reference links mentioned.
$120 for 1.5 hours

Meet Erika

Hi there, I’m Erika. I’ve got over 10 years of curating experiences for weddings, corporate events, community events and private functions, so I know what it takes to bring your vision to life. I’m passionate about creativity and bring a strong eye for detail to each event I touch. Through my years working in marketing agencies, I’ve honed my expertise in organization and project management and can help add structure, offer perspective and keep the momentum going on your long planning journey. Event planning should be stress free and, dare I say it, fun!
When I’m not helping my clients bring memorable events to life, you can find me lounging on a patio, checking out new restaurants or walking my exuberant labradoodle, Penny, through Edmonton’s stunning river valley.
